By accessing and using the btelb.com platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

btelb.com provides cloud-based business communication services including voice calls, SMS messaging, and related analytics tools. Our Service is designed for business use and provides tools to manage business phone numbers and communications.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Usage-based charges (per-minute calls, SMS messages, etc.) are charged based on actual usage. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Sending unsolicited marketing messages (spam)
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any other applicable regulations. You must obtain proper consent before sending messages or making calls to consumers.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by btelb and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, btelb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
